1. Consulting
Our strength in the segment Consulting is to support our clients in their responsibility based strategies. We are examining the relevant pre-requisites and are helping to develop and implement sutainable competitive advantage and value drivers. The founder and Managing Director of Wertschmied Group, Petra Kinzl, is regarded as one of the pioneering experts in this field.
2. M&A
In the segment M&A (Merger & Acquisition) we are initiating, implementing and participating in international collaborations and transactions. Our experts together with partners from industry and private equity initiated and successfully implemented business concepts with an overall enterprise value of more than 450 Mio Euro in total.
3. Venture
The initiation, implementation and participation of promising business concepts is our focus in the segment Venture. Systematically we are analysing and developing potential business concepts. In collaboration with our project partners we are implementing them on a longterm basis.

Her expertise is in responsibility based strategy and competitive advantage with 16 years of international experience in Corporate Responsibility, Strategy, Communications, Marketing & Sales and Science.
One of her masterpieces is the decisive development of the responsibility based competitive strategy at betapharm Arzneimittel GmbH (Germany) during her time as employee and member of the board of management there. She was holding further positions at Hayashibara Biochemical Inc (Japan) and Abbott GmbH (Germany). Further more she is qualified by project experience in diverse industries such as Automotive, Energy, Finance, Retail, Sweets.

He focuses on company transactions (Merger & Acquisition) and Ventures. He as over 16 years of international expertise in Merger & Acquisition, Strategy, Foundation and Management of Companies.
As co-initiator he participated in a range of company transactions for well-known industry and finance partners. In addition to his activities in Consulting and Managing Director he was Assistant to the Board of Directors at ABB.
